Kristin Lowland Lanzi is a senior executive and trusted operator known for scaling complex organizations at critical inflection points. As Vice President of IT & Facilities at Olema Oncology, she leads enterprise technology, infrastructure, and workplace strategy in highly regulated, fast-moving environments, partnering closely with executive teams and boards to translate strategy into durable execution.
Kristin has built and transformed IT and facilities organizations that are secure, compliant, and service-driven, supporting companies as they move from late-stage clinical development through commercialization and beyond. Her leadership spans enterprise systems, cybersecurity, GxP environments, facilities and real estate strategy, and large-scale organizational change. She is known for stepping into ambiguity, creating clarity, and building teams that can deliver under pressure while maintaining a high bar for customer experience, trust, and operational readiness.
What distinguishes Kristin is her ability to balance rigor with empathy. She leads with accountability, transparency, and a deep belief that inclusive, diverse teams produce better outcomes — not as a talking point, but as a business imperative. Increasingly, she is shifting from pure execution toward mentorship, allyship, and giving back, focusing her time and energy on elevating others and shaping the next generation of leaders in technology.
Outside of work, Kristin is an avid outdoors enthusiast and committed gym regular. She is also an active leader in Scouts America, supporting youth development and leadership alongside her son and husband — a role that reflects her values around service, resilience, and community.
