Nicole Corson is a transformational technology executive with 20+ years of experience leading enterprise IT, retail store systems, and global support operations — with a career defined by one constant: putting people at the center of technology.
From her early days as an SAP consultant at Accenture to scaling global IT organizations at Juul Labs and driving AI-enabled support transformation at Robert Half, Nicole has built a career at the intersection of business strategy and human experience. She is known for translating complex technology into programs that people actually adopt — championing change management, training enablement, and field-level feedback as the foundation of successful technology delivery.
At Sephora, Nicole served as the strategic voice of 10,000+ store employees across North America, managing 12+ concurrent store technology projects and developing a 3-year IT roadmap grounded in frontline input. She later launched an in-store self-help product deployed to 450 locations, reducing IT help desk call volume by 25% — proof that the best technology solutions start by listening to the people who use them.
Nicole is a builder at heart — of teams, of systems, and of cultures that thrive. She grew an IT End User Experience organization from 6 to 80+ global resources, managed budgets of up to $12M, and led the enterprise response to the CrowdStrike global outage with minimal business disruption. She is an advocate for women in tech, volunteering with Girls Who Code since 2017.
She holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Utah and completed the Information Technology Executive Program at Santa Clara University. Nicole is based in San Francisco, CA.
