Penny is SVP, Business Development at London & Partners, where she leads the San Francisco office, covering the US Northwest, and oversees Canada. She works closely with founders and leadership teams at high-growth companies across the Bay Area, Pacific Northwest, and Western Canada, supporting their international growth and helping them establish a presence in London.
She brings deep experience working with C-suite leaders across enterprise software, AI, fintech and cyber, life sciences, sustainability, and the creative industries. Penny also supports London-based scale-ups in the US West Coast, helping them navigate market entry, partnerships, and early commercial traction.
Before joining London & Partners, Penny was Director of Customer Support at StarMine (Thomson Reuters) and held senior sales leadership roles at Bloomberg in San Francisco and London.
