As a pioneer in electronic payments, she led the strategic launch of Orange Money across eight countries, establishing the foundation for mobile financial services in the region. Her leadership extends to building high-value ecosystems, including the creation and management of an International Innovation Center in Tunisia, which grew under her tenure to 150 highly qualified experts.
Recently, as CEO of Orange Business Morocco, Rym delivered a 40% year-on-year growth by empowering teams (+1000) and industrializing value creation. Her tenure as Transformation Director at an Orange Operation Center further solidified her reputation for operational rigor, where she successfully boosted customer satisfaction scores from 49% to 73% through systemic process optimization.
