Experienced in building highly scalable, distributed systems across AI/ML, voice, fintech, IoT, and cloud-native architectures, Swapna has a proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing engineering teams, driving technical strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment to deliver core services, ML pipelines, and data platforms that enable measurable business impact and data-driven decision-making.
Prior to Clearspeed, she held senior architecture roles at PayPal, Rivian, and GE Current, where she shaped multi-cloud strategies, MLOps platforms, IoT data pipelines, and next-generation product architectures. Her career spans industries including fintech, automotive, energy, and media.
Swapna holds an MS in Electrical Engineering (Magna cum laude) from San Jose State University and a BS in Industrial Electronics from Pune University.
