I understand that Avenue Code Development of Software Ltda. (the “Company”) is conducting, recording and producing video interviews (“Interviews”) as part of its Extraordinary Women in Technology Conference. Interviews will be distributed on the Company’s social media profiles of Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and Glassdoor.

In return for the opportunity to participate in or otherwise be included in the Interviews, and for other good and valuable consideration, I agree as follows:

• I consent to being interviewed by the Company and to the recording of my statements and image in connection therewith. I understand that the Company will ask me questions concerning my name, job title, place of origin, current responsibilities, prior experiences, and other information related to my current job position and industry. I consent to the Company using this information as part of the Interviews.

• I hereby irrevocably grant to the Company and its successors, assigns and licensees the worldwide right in all media derived from and in any form related to the use of my name, physical likeness, statements and voice in the Interviews and in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising and promotion of the Interviews and the
  Company. I hereby irrevocably promise not to assert any claims or bring any legal or similar action against the Company or its successors, assigns or licensees in connection with the exercise of the foregoing right.
