Sofya is the Chief Operating Officer, Managing Director and Board Member for Uber Payments B.V., the licensed payments entity for Uber in Europe which ensures safe and timely payments across 20+ European markets. She is leading regulatory operations which span across technology and cyber risk management, operational resilience, service delivery and scaled compliance.

Manju is an accomplished engineering leader with over 25 years of experience. Manju has built, grown and scaled global teams and organizations for companies such as HP, NetApp, and Delphix, ISRO. and HPE.

During her career, she has led enterprise product operations, driving initiatives across distributed teams to develop and deliver high-quality products on schedule. She brings her passion and energy into these initiatives and has a proven track record as a change agent, transforming organizations and software development lifecycles to improve agility, effectiveness and efficiency. She focuses on building relationships to inspire, motivate and bring people across organizations together to execute effectively to the company’s product and business goals.

Manju is passionate about supporting women and enabling diversity and inclusion. She led the DEI council at Delphix and sponsored ERGs and is an Inclusion Ambassador at HPE, working on building a strong community by sponsoring and hosting events to build awareness on diversity and inclusive behaviors. She is actively involved in mentoring and learning from other leaders across the industry.

Marta is Head of Digital Acceleration at VdA, one of Portugal’s leading law firm. She is a hard-headed data junkie, always looking for the best solution to drive companies in their digital transformation roadmap. Marta is also an avid traveler, having visited almost 70 countries (and counting). When she is not at work, you can probably find her climbing a volcano.

Luisa Andrews joined Toronto Community Housing on August 13, 2018 as Vice President, Information Technology Services. Luisa brings more than two decades of experience in developing and delivering business solutions through information technology, process redesign and people leadership. She has strong expertise in customer service, internal technical support, field services, data governance, finance, facilities management, strategic and business plan development, corporate services and procurement.

Prior to joining Toronto Community Housing, Luisa led the workplace technology team at Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions, Canada’s largest facilities management organization, where she developed a strategy for creating a Centre of Excellence for workplace technology for the company. Luisa also spent 13 years in progressively responsible leadership positions at the Technical Standards and Safety Authority, where she delivered solid results in business transformation, process improvement, data integrity, customer experience and operational efficiencies. Earlier in her career, Luisa worked for Union Gas in its customer care organization.

Cassandra is a passionate and results-driven engineering leader with a proven track record in fostering a positive and healthy work environment, leading teams, driving innovation, creating efficient processes, and strategically planning for product growth.

She is a people first leader who strives on empowering and helping others see their potential, while also driving innovation for the business. She also has a known track record for advocating for the user experience and has a master’s in Computer Information Systems
