Luisa also spent 13 years in progressively responsible leadership positions at the Technical Standards and Safety Authority, where she delivered solid results in business transformation, process improvement, data integrity, customer experience and operational efficiencies. Earlier in her career, Luisa worked for Union Gas in its customer care organization.
